The breakfast service stood out. it wasn't a buffet. The staff served each guest attentively. the outdoor courtyard was beautiful. i loved the bar area, it was charming. i also appreciated the hotel's proximity to public transportation.

the lack of air conditioning. there was no kettle in the room. i also noticed some noise from neighboring rooms when people walked.

The breakfast was excellent, it included good choices. the location was great. It was convenient. the staff were friendly and polite. I found them lovely.

The curtains did not fully close. Just for decoration purpose, i could not sleep with light coming in through the window.

I found the staff helpful. Their patience enhanced our visit. the breakfast, cooked to order, was delicious. the setting downstairs and in the courtyard was lovely, i enjoyed the ambiance... it felt really special. the courtyard breakfast area was particularly appealing, i liked how it made my mornings serene.

i did notice noise from neighboring bedrooms whenever someone walked. it was noticeable, and affected my sleep a bit. i hope they address this issue... it's the only real downside i experienced.

The location is prime. Walking to many downtown spots was easy. the national theatre was within walking distance. This made attending the opera very convenient. it is an excellent base for exploration.

The service personnel were very friendly. the reception guy was very nice and helpful. I appreciated his assistance. hanan was wonderful, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. She provided really good support.
